Roland Märki was admitted to the Bar in 2016 and represents clients before all courts in Switzerland, both Cantonal and Federal. He studied law at the University of Zurich, the Kuban State University and the Kutafin Moscow State Law University. Roland is a highly regarded advocate, well known for his tenacity, attention to detail and intimate knowledge and understanding of Swiss law and the Swiss legal system. He is also highly skilled in dealing with complex cases spanning multiple countries and jurisdictions and is renowned for presenting cases to clients and the courts in a clear and concise way. Roland is fluent in German, English and Russian. He also acts as expert arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
